In case of cancellation of your stay the following conditions apply
If the Organisation wishes to cancel the Reservation it is obliged to take in charge a percentage of the total amount fixed for the reservation. The extent of the percentage due depends on the time lap still open until the day of arrival and will be fixed the following way:
- a) cancellation of the Agreement until 6 months before the arrival: 10% of the total costs
- b) cancellation of the Agreement between 3 to 6 months before the arrival: 30% of the total costs
- c) cancellation of the Agreement within 3 montsh before the arrival: 50% of the total costs
The cancellation has to be announced by registered mail and in advance by facsimile. The date of the postal stamp is decisive.
Compensation for empty beds, over and under occupancy
In case of falling below of the announced number of participants up to 10 % this will be freely accepted. Below this limit of tolerance the Organisation is obliged to pay a compensation of CHF 10.00 per bed/day (compensation for empty beds). In case of over occupancy the places effectively used will be charged. Any changes to group numbers must be reported at the reception by 5 p.m. at the latest. For operational reasons, subsequent cancellations and early departures (no. of nights and meals) cannot be taken into account for billing purposes.
Guarantee: To guarantee the reservation, a valid credit card number and the expiry date must be provided.
Terms of cancellation: Cancellation is free of charge only if made 3 days prior or more to the previously confirmed arrival date. In the event of cancellation less than 3 days before arrival, there will be a charge of 100% of your full stay.
