Nowhere else in Europe you can ride as close to a glacier as to the Rhone Glacier. It is located at almost 2.300 m above sea level at the Valais pass, 3 km below the top of the pass Furka near Hotel Bélvèder. Convince yourself of the force of nature and visit the ice cave in the Rhone glacier. The ice cave is easily accessible and about 100 m long. Be astonished by the imposing, blue ice tunnel with ice chamber, which has been beaten into the Rhone glacier every year since about 1870.
