From self-service to banquet
Event Gastronomy
Our kitchen brigade takes care of the physical well-being of the guests. They are experienced in all areas, either in self-service, exclusive banquet or catering service:
- Self-service restaurant for over 1.000 persons
- Dining room for banquets (600 persons)
- Alpine house at the Fiescher alpine (approx. 350 + 105 persons)
The resort is known for its exclusive banquets (up to 1.000 persons). If you look at our reference list, you will see that we have a lot of experience in this area.
Regional origin
The bread is delivered to us by the local bakery Imwinkelried. We buy meat, vegetables, fruits etc. from our major supplier, Alexander Walker in Bitsch.
Vegetarian
For those guests who for various reasons do not eat (pork-) meat or fish, there is an equivalent vegi-alternative available. Please inform us well in advance how many of your participants have vegetarian preferences.
Allergy / Intolerance
Guests with special wishes (allergy / intolerance) are in particular good hands with us. Our state-certified kitchen chef has additional training as a diet chef and is therefore well-equipped to take the special wishes of our guests as far as possible into account. Let us know.
Drinking water
For dinner we provide you with pure and untreated spring water from our own water source for free.
Valaisian and Swiss Specialities
Would you like to organize a special Valaisian evening for your participants? We are happy to serve Valaisian or Swiss specialities such as "Raclette" or cheese fondue, but also a rich fondue Chinoise. Please make a reservation well in advance (minimum 2 days).
