The safety of our guests, staff and visitors is the top priority at Sport Resort Fiesch. Sport Resort Fiesch has an emergency response plan drawn up by a safety expert and has its own safety officer (SIBE), as well as an external fire safety specialist.
By signing the booking contract, you confirm that you accept our Terms and Conditions and thereby agree to comply with the safety rules set out here.
Fire Safety
The premises are equipped with a highly sensitive, comprehensive fire alarm system with a direct link to the public fire control centre.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas.
• Open flames, candles, fireworks and similar sources of ignition are prohibited in all buildings.
• Tampering with fire alarms or safety equipment is prohibited.
• Unnecessary or wilful triggering of the fire alarm (e.g. with spray cans or smoke) will result in a fine
Escape routes
• Escape routes, stairwells and emergency exits must be kept clear at all times.
• Fire doors must not be blocked or held open.
• Escape route plans: Every building has evacuation plans showing the nearest emergency exits and assembly points.

Medical emergencies
In the event of a medical emergency, please call the emergency number 144. The Sport Resort has three defibrillators (AEDs) located at the following sites: Garni Aletsch (reception), the indoor swimming pool and the tennis centre. These locations are marked with a green sign.
