Use of all sports facilities at the Fiesch Sports Resort is subject to compliance with the applicable terms of use for each facility. This agreement applies to the following facilities:
- Soccer field
- Fitness room, Tennis Center & In-house Gym
- Climbing hall, Tennis Center
- Indoor tennis court & badminton
- Bouldering Hall
- Indoor Pool
Additional specific rules of use apply for exclusive use of the indoor pool and for the rope park.
By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and accepted the following terms and conditions, and thereby agree to comply with the facility-specific rules of use, which can be found on the website or via QR codes.
1. General Rules of Use
- All facilities must be used with care and for their intended purpose. Lockers and adjacent rooms must be left clean and tidy.
- When leaving, doors must be closed, lights turned off, and windows shut.
- Instructions from staff must be followed at all times.
- Appropriate sports clothing and suitable footwear must be worn at all times.
- Smoking, alcohol, and drugs are prohibited on the premises.
2. Group Responsibility
- The undersigned is considered the group leader.
- He or she ensures that all participants are informed of the rules.
- He or she assumes responsibility for supervision and ensures that activities proceed safely.
3. Safety and Liability
- Use of the facilities is at your own risk.
- The safety regulations for each facility must be strictly observed.
- The responsible person or group is liable for any damage caused by improper use or failure to follow the rules.
- Sport Resort Fiesch assumes no liability for accidents, personal injury, or property damage, nor for the loss or theft of valuables (see terms and conditions, article 4).
