1. Scope
This agreement applies to all facilities used at the Sport Resort Fiesch, in particular:
- Soccer field
- Fitness room, tennis center, and in-house gym
- Climbing gym
- Tennis and badminton hall
- Bouldering gym
- Indoor swimming pool
General Rules of Use
- Facilities must be used carefully and appropriately.
- You must follow staff instructions at all times.
- All facilities, locker rooms, and ancillary rooms must be left clean and tidy.
- When leaving, doors must be closed, lights turned off, and windows shut.
- Access is restricted exclusively to reserved and authorized areas.
3. The group's responsibility
- The undersigned is considered the group leader.
- They ensure that all participants are informed of the rules.
- They assume responsibility for supervision and ensure that activities proceed safely.
- Use is permitted exclusively during the reserved times.
4. Safety and Conduct
- Use of the facilities is at your own risk.
- Safety regulations for each facility must be strictly observed.
- Appropriate athletic clothing and footwear must be worn at all times.
- Consideration for other users is expected.
- Smoking, alcohol, and drugs are prohibited on the premises (where indicated).
5. Liability
- The person in charge is liable for any damage resulting from improper use or failure to comply with the rules.
- Sport Resort Fiesch assumes no liability for accidents, personal injury, property damage, or the loss or theft of valuables.
6. Additional Facility-Specific Rules
Additional specific rules of use apply to individual facilities (e.g., soccer, climbing, swimming, etc.). These are an integral part of this agreement and must be observed.
